My name is Patrick. I am aspiring to be a wildlife biologist. (And I make killer smoothies!)

I blog about the animal kingdom, politics, science, books/reading, veganism, atheism, all-things art, human rights, animal rights, quotes, plants, photography, philosophy (especially nihilism, existentialism, and ethics), cultures (and culture jamming), and music I am currently digging.

I'm an novice and very amateur birder, and herper.

Evolution and the Universe both make me feel absolutely amazed and grateful to be alive every single day of my sorry little life.
