Palestinians make up roughly 25% of Israel and would the Palestinians in general be granted full citizenship rights and possibly the Right of Return, they would comprise a majority in Israel and since the state is “democratic,” the Zionists would no longer have a majority. “Israel” would become “Palestine.” For this reason, a one-state solution is not likely to happen, for the Israeli Jewish Zionists would never agree to it.
