What causes that kind of rock formation?
A: Many years of erosion. It is moist all year round. “Much of the erosion which forms these pillars are the result of expanding ice in the winter and the plants which grow on them.”
Its amazing how beautiful our planet is. I wish more people knew about the beauty we have here. Our planet is one of a kind no matter which way you slice it. This does conjure up images from Avatar, but it’s also important that we realize we have an incredible planet here.

What we wanted… Weather Control

“We did manage to affect the weather, after all. Yay us! No, no yay. We spewed so much carbon dioxide into the atmosphere and denuded so much of the planet’s greenery tha we succeeded in warming everything up to an even more chaotic and less predictable state.”
